• Breakfast preparation (your recipes or ours), service, and clean-up
• Housekeeping staff & laundry supervision
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Answering telephone and E-mail inquiries
• Reservations/Confirmations by phone or online
• Concierge assistance for your guests’ questions and needs
• Afternoon/Evening refreshments as required
• Daily financial accounting
• Day to day property management
• Shopping and errands for the bed and breakfast
• Care and maintenance of indoor plants
• Pet care (may require an additional charge)
• Other duties as required

Charges for Services:

• Each bed and breakfast is unique; therefore, our base rate ranges from $115 - $150 per night depending upon the size of your bed & breakfast and the duties we will be required to perform.
• Additional room night fees are based upon occupancy
• One full training day at the beginning of the assignment to experience the area and the routine of the inn
• Meals and lodging at the bed and breakfast during the assignment (owners' quarters or guest room)

Deposit:

• A deposit will be required when you sign our contract to secure your assignment dates.
